Rotterdam is booming - the City of Art! Rotterdam is known for its successful and appealing museum exhibitions, where the artists are known domestically and internationally. Rotterdam is also known for its interesting cultural initiatives. Last two years has proven to be very exciting for new gallery start-ups that represent fresh young talents, as well as more renowned artists.
The galleries Frank Taal, Iris Cornelis, Mirta Demare, Zic Zerp and guest galleries Helder and Kap Pur showed that they’ve got what it takes with 1300m2 of cutting edge contemporary art. The first sales exhibition of PAVILJOEN ROTTERDAM ran from February 8th – 12th, 2012, in Cité building at Laan op Zuid 65 – 207 in Rotterdam
The ambiance at PAVILJOEN ROTTERDAM was very direct and personal, making it the ideal opportunity for networking between art professionals, contemporary art collectors, art lovers and press seeking an up-front experience.
